- Counsel students on study-abroad programs, universities, courses, and countries.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences.
- Guide students through the complete admission and application process.
- Assist with university shortlisting, applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Provide guidance on visa requirements and application procedures.
- Handle student queries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure timely conversion.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records and update student details in CRM.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in overseas education/study-abroad counselling.
- Experience in counselling students for international universities and programs.
- Good knowledge of study-abroad destinations, admissions, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales/admission targets.
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant overseas education experience preferred.
