Quest for Success is looking for a proactive and highly organized Academic Coordinator to manage the day-to-day academic operations for our students.

You will act as an important link between students, parents, tutors, and the internal academic team, ensuring that classes run smoothly, student progress is regularly monitored, and parents receive timely updates.

This is an operations and student coordination role, not a teaching position.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between students, parents, and tutors for smooth delivery of classes and academic programs.
- Schedule and organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and periodic academic reviews.
- Regularly collect feedback from tutors regarding students' performance, attendance, homework, and areas of improvement.
- Communicate relevant academic updates and feedback to parents.
- Schedule and coordinate tests, mock exams, and assessments and maintain student performance records.
- Track students' academic progress and proactively follow up wherever additional attention is required.




- Manage class schedules, rescheduling requests, tutor availability, and other day-to-day academic operations.
- Follow up with students regarding classes, tests, assignments, and other academic commitments.
- Maintain accurate student records, schedules, test scores, and tutor feedback.
- Resolve routine student/parent queries and coordinate with the appropriate team member wherever required.
- Ensure that every student and parent receives a skilled, responsive, and high-quality experience with Quest for Success.
