Job Title: 3D Packaging & Label Designer (Personal Care & Fragrance)

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented 3D Packaging & Label Designer to lead the visual development of our personal care and perfume product lines. You will be responsible for creating high-end graphic labels, dielines, and photo-realistic 3D bottle and box renders.

Key Responsibilities

- Label & Graphic Design: Craft premium visual identities, print-ready packaging artwork, typography, and precise dielines for bottles, jars, tubes, and outer boxes.
- 3D Modeling & Photorealistic Rendering: Build 3D assets, apply realistic materials (glass transparency, liquid volumes, metallic foil, matte/gloss finishes), and generate high-resolution renders for digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Pre-Press & Print Technicality: Prepare error-free artwork files with proper bleeds, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone), spot UV layers, and foil stamping specs for manufacturing.
- Remote Collaboration: Coordinate with product and marketing teams asynchronously to meet production deadlines.





Required Software & Technical Skills

- 2D Vector & Raster Design: CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator (Expert level for dielines & vectors), Adobe Photoshop (Advanced retouching & texturing), Adobe InDesign.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Contemporary, industry-standard 3D suites such as Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, Substance 3D Painter/Stager, or CLO3D / Rhino.
- Pre-Press Knowledge: Strong understanding of print production processes, packaging finishes, substrate textures, color separation, and regulatory layout requirements (ingredients list, net weight, barcodes).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Portfolio Required: Demonstrated experience with personal care, cosmetics, or luxury perfume packaging (must include examples of both vector label layouts and photorealistic 3D renders).
- Self-disciplined and equipped with a high-performance computer capable of smooth 3D rendering.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly in a remote environment.
