: We are hiring Chat Process Associates for our UK International Customer Support process in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through live chat, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain excellent written communication with UK customers.
Manage multiple chats while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Follow company processes and SOPs.
Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Freshers:




Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
BE/BTECT/BSC/POSTGRADUATES Freshers can't apply
Excellent written English communication.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in UK/night shifts.

Experienced:
6 months+ experience in International Chat / Non-Voice / Customer Support / BPO preferred.
International customer-service experience will be an advantage.
Candidates with valuable written English and customer-handling skills are preferred.
