Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential land acquisition prospects, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Joint Ventures (JVs), and commercial mandates.
Build and cultivate an active network of property owners, direct selling agents (DSAs), channel partners, corporate landlords, and institutional brokers.
Track micro-market dynamics, land pricing trends, infrastructure projects, and regulatory changes to identify high-yield investment corridors.
