nAbout the Role
nWe are hiring a seasoned sales leader to own the US business: the revenue number, the go-to-market, and the team that delivers both. In the early phase you will personally open doors, run pursuits, and close our first marquee US logos. In parallel, you will design the sales engine: hiring, process, playbooks, and partnerships.

Go-to-market strategy: ICP definition,



target verticals, service positioning, pricing, and channelsn
Responsible for personal source, pursue, and close the first set of US logosn
Hire, ramp, and lead [SDRs, account executives, pre-sales], and define territories, quotas, and incentive plansn
Sales infrastructure: CRM, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and a reporting cadence to leadershipn
Build Partnerships and alliances that open doors in the US marketn
Market presence: conferences, industry events, and a growing onshore footprintn

12+ years in US-facing IT services sales, including 4+ years leading a team or business unitn
You have built something: a current geography, a recent service line, or a current logo engine, not just inherited a mature bookn
A hunter's instinct that never left: you are still willing and able to open doors and close deals personallyn
