Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales, Marketing & Production Manager to manage the sales, marketing, and production operations of lithium-ion batteries and energy storage products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for lithium-ion battery products.
Identify current business opportunities, customers, dealers, distributors, and market segments.
Manage customer relationships and achieve sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
Plan and monitor production schedules, inventory, raw materials, and delivery timelines.
Ensure production meets required quality, safety, and performance standards.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, production plans, budgets, and regular management reports.




Lead and motivate sales, marketing, and production teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable battery manufacturing regulations.

Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience in lithium-ion batteries, battery manufacturing, energy storage, electrical/electronics, or a related industry.
Robust knowledge of lithium-ion battery products, applications, and market trends.
Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing, and/or production management.
Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities effectively.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business development, and market expansion.
