This is a fully remote, paid opportunity where you'll work on meaningful client and in-house projects that directly impact user experience and product success.If you're someone who thrives on creating intuitive, user-centered designs and has a strong command of Figma, we want to hear from you. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned design professionals.You'll be designing digital products, crafting seamless user flows, building interactive prototypes, and contributing to a design system that scales. Your work will shape how users interact with our platforms and help define our visual identity.

nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applicationsn
- Create user flows,



wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figman
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and test usabilityn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managersn
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutionsn
- Contribute to and maintain our design system and component librariesn
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing resultsn
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practicesn

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principlesn
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and design systems)n
- Background in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)n
- 1+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustratorn
- Solid grasp of lay
