nJJ Associates is a Bengaluru-based architecture and interior design practice with over 40 years of working across varied scales of work in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We're looking for a mid-level architect ready to lead a small team and run multiple live projects in parallel within our multi-team office.
nRole Responsibilities

- Lead a team of junior architects and interns on day-to-day design and deliveryn
- Manage 10-12 concurrent projects across residential, commercial, and hospitalityn
- Take projects from concept through to completion - design development, drawings, tender, siten
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendorsn
- Review team output for design quality, detailing, and accuracyn
- Liaise directly with clients on design intent and project progressn

nQualifications

- n




- B.Arch with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projectsn
- Demonstrated experience handling projects from start to finishn
- Ability to lead, mentor, and review the work of juniors and internsn
- Comfortable juggling 10+ projects in a multi-team setupn

nSoftware Skills

- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or V-Ray, Photoshopn
- MS Office Suiten
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and workflows is a strong bonusn
