Job Responsibilities
Plan and schedule production activities based on customer orders and production capacity.
Prepare production plans, schedules, and daily work orders.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of targets.
Prepare product costing, BOM costing, and manufacturing cost estimates.
Analyze raw material, labor, overhead, and process costs.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
Track material availability and identify potential production delays.
Maintain accurate production and costing reports.
Analyze production variances and recommend cost-reduction measures.
Support capacity planning, inventory planning, and resource utilization.
Ensure production planning aligns with delivery schedules and business requirements.

Skills Required
Solid knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
Experience in product costing and cost analysis.
Positive understanding of BOM, MRP, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
