Role & responsibilities :
Drive showroom sales by engaging with customers and understanding their requirements.
Actively prospect current clients through referrals, social media, and local networking events.
Maintain contact with past customers to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
Present jewellery collections effectively, highlighting product features and value.
Call customers to invite them to the store for recent collections, promotions, and events.
Conduct follow-ups with clients after purchases or visits to build long-term relationships.
Conduct inside sales by reaching out to leads via phone, email, or CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.




Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and competitor offerings.
Train and guide junior sales staff when required.
