We are hiring a Sales Specialist - Field for one of our reputed clients in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales, lead generation, B2B/business development, and client acquisition experience, preferably with exposure to business loans, SME/MSME finance, working capital, or related financial products.

Role & responsibilities
Generate recent business through field sales and lead generation activities.
Visit SMEs, traders, business owners, and individual customers to identify financing needs.
Promote and sell Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital
Finance, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and other lending products.
Build and maintain referral networks with Chartered Accountants, Builders,



Real Estate Consultants, Auto Dealers, and other channel partners.
Collect customer documents and coordinate with the internal team for smooth loan processing.
Develop long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
Achieve monthly sales, lead conversion, and loan disbursement targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Preferred candidate profile
5 to 12 years of experience in Field Sales within Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services.
Proven experience in selling Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, or SME Loans.
Strong network-building and customer acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for field sales.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
