nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking an accomplished and highly connected Senior Sales Manager – Channel Sales with a minimum of 15 years of experience in luxury real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving business through Channel Partners (CPs), managing high-value HNI/UHNI clients, and leading direct sales teams.
nThe candidate must come from renowned real estate brands and possess strong relationships within the real estate broker and channel partner ecosystem across Delhi NCR and North India.

- Drive revenue generation through Channel Partner (CP) networks and strategic alliances.n




- Develop and expand relationships with top-performing channel partners, IPCs, and real estate consultants.n
- Identify, onboard, and manage current channel partners to maximize project sales.n
- Lead and mentor the direct sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.n
- Build strong relationships with HNI, UHNI, NRI, and investor clientele.n
- Conduct project presentations, investment discussions, and site visit coordination.n
- Formulate sales strategies to enhance market penetration and conversion rates.n
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting.n
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns, CP events, and roadshows.n
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and business development initiatives.n
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.n
