nThe team is looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Lead with 5–7 years of experience across sponsorships, brand partnerships, strategic alliances or experiential marketing.
nIt's about understanding a brand, finding the right cultural fit, creating a compelling proposition and turning that conversation into a partnership that people actually remember.
nYou'll be responsible for:

Building and nurturing relationships with leading brands and agenciesn
Driving sponsorship and partnership conversations from pitch to closuren




Creating creative brand integrations within the festivaln
Developing long-term strategic alliances beyond traditional sponsorshipsn
Working closely with the founders and core team to shape the partnership ecosystem for The Winter Flean

nWe're looking for someone with solid industry relationships, commercial instinct, a sharp understanding of brands and the ability to turn ideas into high-value partnerships.
