Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities.n
Set up trial rooms and client spaces under Senior Stylist's guidance.n
Learn about assigned clients by reading brief notes and observing seniors.n

nPROCESS (Operations)

Assist during CCS stages: client hosting, trial organization, product movement.n
Begin independently handling standard clients with straightforward styling needs.n
Maintain studio lifestyle, grooming presence, and service etiquette throughout clientn

nvisits.
nPOST (Results)

Submit basic client service notes to Senior or Catalyst post-trial.n
Participate in daily reflections: what went right, where improvements needed.n
Show readiness for growth into Senior Stylist role by taking ownership on-floor.n
