nOwn the full partnership lifecycle — from first conversation to signed MoU to live, revenue-generating programs — across three pillars:

Strategic Alliances — IIMs, premier institutes, universities and large corporatesn
Corporate Training — banks, AMCs, wealth firms, insurers and fintechsn
Government & CSR — finishing schools, financial literacy and skilling mandatesn

Mandatory Requirement - 15–20+ years in BFSI, financial education, L&D;, or institutional / corporate salesn
A robust, existing network across banks, AMCs, insurers, fintechs, universities and premier institutesn
Proven track record of signing and monetising large, long-cycle partnerships and MoUsn
Comfort engaging CXOs, Deans, L&D; heads and government / CSR stakeholders as a peern
Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with sharp commercial acumenn
MBA / postgraduate qualification preferredn
