Handling Day to day incidents, work requests, enhancements, production tickets and ad-hoc requestsn
24*7 application support for airlines systems and other custom applications including integrationsn
Closing the assigned incidents as per SLAs and capturing all SLA metrics correctly and on timen
Completing Documentation and update Application Understanding Documentsn
Update the activity on Service Now and JIRA on daily basis towards closuren
Responsible for testing all applications during patching activities on all the serve
