nRoles & Responsibilities
nThe Business Mentor at Grip Forum is a full time, in office role based in Chennai.

Act as a key point of guidance and support for the chapter leadership and associatesn
Coordinate effectively with the Chapter Leadership Team to ensure smooth chapter operationsn
Supervise and oversee chapter events,



sessions, and activities to ensure quality and alignment with GRIP objectivesn
Provide mentorship and professional guidance to chapter associates for their personal and business growthn
Ensure proper planning, execution, and follow-up of chapter meetings, events, and training programsn
Maintain regular reporting and documentation of chapter activities and share updates with managementn
Attend chapter meetings, review sessions, and training programs as requiredn
Support management in implementing organizational strategies at the chapter leveln
