Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who takes ownership of measurable business outcomes, not just campaign activities.

This is an execution-focused role requiring direct involvement in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics, tracking, and conversion optimisation. You will own the performance of assigned client accounts across the entire customer journey, from ad campaigns and landing pages to conversions and lead quality.

As the primary owner of client growth, you will be expected to turn business objectives into transparent strategies, execute campaigns, identify opportunities, and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Performance Ownership
Own the performance and growth of assigned client accounts.
Define, track, and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
Translate client objectives into explicit performance marketing strategies, roadmaps, and experiments.




Take accountability for results and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Hands-On Paid Media Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Work directly on campaign setup, account restructuring, targeting, bidding, budgeting, and ongoing optimisation.
Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Advantage+, lead-generation, and other relevant campaign types.
Monitor budget utilisation and allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.
Stay current with platform developments, including automation, broad match, audience signals, attribution changes, campaign-type updates, and advertising policies.
Analytics, Tracking and Tagging
Use data to understand performance across the entire marketing funnel.
Work hands-on with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking across advertising and
