Social Media Manager (1–2 Years Experience) | In office – Chennai
nWe're looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management. You'll lead brand storytelling, campaign planning, and audience engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more. If you're passionate about trends, reels, and viral content — and know how to turn them into measurable growth — this role is for you.

- Lead, manage and grow clients social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)n
- Analyze data from social media accounts and keep making changes to maintain steady growthn
- Develop personalized marketing strategies for each brand and its specific audiencen
- Perform extensive research on current trends and audience preferencesn
- Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends (Instagram reels/memes)n
- Understand the social media IPs and algorithms to be able to come up with content/campaigns that go viraln




- Work on coming up with brand-specific ideas and contentn
- Be great at communicating with the team and clients (both current and potential)n
- Join & lead client calls to report performance and discuss strategyn
- Share performance reports with insights and recommendationsn

nWhat to Bring

- 1-2 years of proven social media experience (agency or brand side)n
- Hands-on familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Analytics, and other relevant toolsn
