nBrinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Cosmetic Formulation Scientist to join our R&D; team in Pune and contribute to the development of the next generation of dermatology-led skincare and dermo-cosmetic innovations.
nTHE ROLE
nWe are looking for a strong hands-on scientist who can take an idea from:
nConcept → Formulation → Prototype → Stability → Scale-up → Commercialisation
nThe role will involve developing differentiated formulations, evaluating current ingredients and technologies, solving complex formulation challenges, and translating scientific concepts into commercially successful products for India and international markets.
nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / or relevant qualification in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related disciplinesn
- Strong hands-on experience in cosmetic / dermo-cosmetic formulation R&D;n
- Deep understanding of active ingredients, excipients, emulsions, surfactants,



rheology, preservatives and advanced delivery systemsn
- Experience in formulation optimisation, compatibility, stability studies, technology transfer and scale-upn
- Understanding of Indian and preferably international cosmetic regulatory requirementsn
- Ability to evaluate emerging ingredients, technologies and global skincare innovation trendsn
- Strong scientific curiosity, problem-solving ability and an innovation mindsetn
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Manufacturing, Medical and Business teamsn
