- Deliver comprehensive training sessions based on Montessori principles and methodology to aspiring nursery and preschool teachers enrolled in the training program.n
- Develop teaching aids, lesson plans, and activities to enhance learning.n
- Guide trainees on classroom management, child observation, and lesson delivery.n
- Evaluate trainee performance through written assignments,



classroom presentations, and teaching demos.n
- Support teachers in implementing Montessori practices in real classroom settings.n
- Stay updated with advancements in Montessori education and integrate them into training.n
- assignment checking + content creation + query solving of the participantsn

nWorking Mode:
nWork from Home (Always)
nFull Time- 5or 6 hours ( 6 days a week )
nNote: The Trainer should be available for training sessions scheduled between 5.30 PM- 7 PM and 8:30 PM -10:00 PM. The remaining 2 hour can be given as per mutual agreement between the employer and the employee.
nEligibility:
n1.Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Montessori Teacher, preferably in a leadership role such as a Centre Head or Curriculum Developer.
n2. Deep understanding of Montessori philosophy, teaching materials, and classroom management strategies.
