Role Description
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut/Noida .

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s professional schedule, communications and daily priorities
Draft and manage professional emails, messages, correspondence
Own the CEO’s calendar, priority briefs and action trackers
Plan end-to-end business travel and manage itineraries
Prepare client briefs, relationship calendars and stakeholder gestures
Coordinate meetings, appointments and follow-ups with key stakeholders
Be willing to travel as required for meetings, events and business engagements




Manage client communication and support key business relationships
Coordinate internal and external logistics across the CEO’s schedule
Uphold strict confidentiality across all qualified matters

What We are Looking For
4+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably working directly with senior leadership
Strong organisational and calendar-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients, stakeholders
Solid follow-up skills with the ability to track commitments and ensure timely execution
A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs and stay ahead of priorities
Friendly, polished and professional demeanour
