nJob Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company: Lingam Metal Infrastructure Pvt., Ltd.
nLocation: Sriperumbudur - Chennai
nReporting To: Managing Director / Board
nRole Purpose To lead the finance function of a ₹300 Cr+ steel fabrication and infrastructure company, strengthen financial systems, improve profitability, manage cash flows, and support scalable growth through strong governance and strategic financial leadership. Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecastingn
- Establish strong MIS – project-wise, product-wise, and monthly performance reportingn
- Drive cost control, margin improvement, and working capital optimizationn
- Manage cash flows, collections, inventory, and payablesn
- Handle banking relationships, working capital limits, term loans, LC/BGn
- Support fund raising, credit rating, and lender interactionsn
- Oversee accounts finalization, audits, taxation (GST, IT, TDS), and compliancen
- Monitor project costing, pricing, and contract profitabilityn
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governancen
- Build and lead a competent finance & accounts teamn
- Support ERP / system implementation and process automation.n
