nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Handle Cash Application / Collections activities within the Accounts Receivable process.n
- Apply customer payments accurately against invoices and open items.n
- Perform account reconciliation and resolve payment-related discrepancies.n
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections activities.n
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short payments and payment mismatches.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve AR-related queries.n
- Maintain accuracy, productivity and SLA/TAT while handling daily transactions.n
- Prepare and maintain required reports and ensure proper documentation.n
