Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nThe role will involve financial, operational, and analytical analysis across transactions, with a focus on operational diligence, integration, carve-outs, restructuring, performance improvement, and value creation initiatives. The role will work closely with deal teams and stakeholders to evaluate financial and operational issues, identify opportunities for value creation, and develop data-driven insights to support transaction decisions.

- Project Delivery & Analysisn
- Perform structured analysis across cost structures, KPIs, benchmarking, and operational performance to support value creation initiatives.n
- Support workstreams across Operational Due Diligence (ODD), integration, carve out execution, and value tracking.n
- Build and maintain financial models, trackers, and data-driven outputs to support deal teams.n
- Analyze management inputs and large datasets to develop explicit findings, observations, and actionable insights.n
- Tool Development & Knowledge Enablementn




- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools, templates, and analytical frameworks to support project execution.n
- Support the creation of standardized outputs, dashboards, and data structures aligned with deal requirements.n
- Capture project learnings and best practices to strengthen team capabilities across engagements.n
- Internal / Capability-Building Activitiesn
- Support knowledge development, research, and content creation initiatives.n
- Contribute to internal materials and analysis supporting broader team priorities.n
- Participate in initiatives focused on improving delivery quality, efficiency, and value creation impact.n

nQualifications
n
- n
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, value creation, or related analytical roles, preferably with exposure to deal environments.n
- MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent relevant educational background.n
