Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities - Take complete ownership of Bengaluru sales and branch performance. - Sell AXN CRM, CallTrack AI and other SaaS-based business solutions. - Manage TallyPrime sales, renewals, services and implementation opportunities. - Understand customer problems and recommend suitable automation solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and close qualified opportunities. - Develop and execute regional marketing and lead-generation plans. - Build relationships with MSMEs, CAs, accountants and channel partners. - Recruit, train and develop the Bengaluru sales and coordination team. - Monitor leads, follow-ups, quotations and closures through CRM. - Coordinate with AXN’s technical, service, marketing and implementation teams. - Build a predictable pipeline and submit weekly performance reports. Required Experience and Skills - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software sales. - Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing business solutions. - Experience in team handling and performance development. - Solid product-presentation,



negotiation and closing skills. - Working knowledge of TallyPrime and business accounting processes. - Ability to create and execute local marketing strategies. - Strong CRM usage, follow-up and reporting discipline. - Existing Bengaluru MSME, CA or channel-partner network will be an advantage. Language Requirements - Kannada communication is mandatory. - Strong working English is required. - Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi will be an added advantage.
