nThe Senior Manager, Legal (GTS India) will support Walmart Global Tech Services by providing strategic legal advisory and end-to-end contracting support across technology, procurement, and business functions.
nThis role will partner closely with global stakeholders to enable business priorities while ensuring robust legal governance, proactive risk mitigation, and strict adherence to ethics, compliance, and regulatory standards.
nThe role will also drive legal operations excellence, standardisation, and scalable processes to support a high-volume, global contracting environment, while reinforcing a robust culture of integrity and ethical decision-making across all engagements.

nThe GTS Legal team supports enterprise technology, procurement, and digital transformation initiatives globally. The team plays a critical role in enabling secure, compliant, and scalable business operations by managing legal risks, strengthening governance frameworks,



and upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across markets.

- Act as a trusted legal advisor to GTS stakeholders across technology, sourcing, and business teamsn
- Provide guidance on legal, regulatory, risk, and ethics & compliance considerations related to technology and commercial transactionsn
- Interpret legal frameworks and deliver pragmatic, business-aligned solutions while ensuring alignment with organisational values and ethical standardsn

n2. Technology & Commercial Contracting

- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex technology and commercial contracts (SaaS, cloud, licensing, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements)n
- Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements, including anti-corruption and fair business practicesn
