We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Lead Developer/Architect to design, develop, and implement robust solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce implementations. Experience in Salesforce frameworks, integration techniques, and Nonprofit Cloud is essential for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and AURA frameworks.
Lead the development of custom applications and workflows, including Salesforce Flows.
Utilize Omni-Script, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures to build advanced, customized solutions.
Manage and optimize integrations (inbound and outbound) with third-party systems.
Provide architectural guidance and best practices to ensure optimal Salesforce performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of developers,



ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.
Develop and implement solutions leveraging Nonprofit Cloud for relevant use cases.
Use tools like Bitbucket or GitHub for version control and productive code management.
Conduct rigorous unit testing to ensure the quality and reliability of code.
Actively participate in Agile processes, including scrum ceremonies, to meet project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
Expertise in Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and AURA frameworks.
Proficient in Omni-Script, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
Robust knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
Deep understanding of integration strategies and APIs.
Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
