Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate container stuffing activities at Port locations.
Liaise with CHA (Custom House Agent) for export documentation and customs-related coordination.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely container movement.
Follow up with suppliers for material readiness and dispatch schedules.
Verify materials physically before stuffing as per packing list and invoice.
Ensure proper quantity, quality, labeling, and packaging verification.
Maintain stuffing reports, loading records, seal details, and dispatch documentation.
Coordinate with Baroda office team regarding shipment status and operational updates.
Monitor container loading process to avoid shortages, damages, or mismatch of cargo.
Ensure compliance with export procedures, safety standards, and customer requirements.
Handle urgent operational issues and provide quick coordination support.




Maintain proper communication between all stakeholders involved in export operations.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of export logistics and container stuffing process.
Basic understanding of customs and CHA coordination.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple operational activities simultaneously.
Knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and documentation handling.
Attention to detail in material verification and shipment planning.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
Experience in logistics, export operations, warehouse coordination, or shipping operations preferred.
Freshers with positive coordination skills may also apply.
