About Role
Location: In Office (Noida, India)
Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales motion by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients in India. This role is critical to building a strong sales pipeline and creating the first impression of our brand with decision-makers.
You’ll:
Research and identify high-potential target accounts
Run personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp)




Qualify leads and hand off to Account Executives
Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging
Maintain CRM hygiene and report performance metrics

Who We’re Looking For
1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech
Excellent communication in English & Hindi
Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
Sharp understanding of ROI-driven sales messaging
Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and persistent
