Must Have Skills:
Overall 6+ years of experience with 4+ years of relevant experience in developing complex, large-scale Android applications.
Candidates should have experience in OTT, Android TV, Live streaming etc.
Excellent proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK and OOP concepts.
To describe the responsibilities of classes in MVVM and MVVM Clean Architecture.
Solid knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices
Valuable understanding of Android basics like memory management, thread management, networking etc.
Good understanding of android architecture components and Jetpack libraries
Good understanding of Kotlin coroutines and async programming
Hands-on experience with Unit testing and debugging distributed systems
Valuable understanding of dependency injection with Dagger2 or Hilt
Experience in UI Development using Jetpack compose toolkit is an added advantage.
Hands-on knowledge of supporting multiple versions of Android, screen resolutions and device types.
Experience of working with the TIF layer is an added advantage.
Effective communication and soft skills
Working knowledge of tools like Git, Jira.
