Securities Domain Expertise
Candidates should have valuable understanding of one or more of the following:
Securities trading and lifecycle
Equities, Fixed Income / Bonds and other financial instruments
Trade capture and trade processing
Order Management / Trade Management
Settlement and clearing
Corporate Actions
Custody and Securities Services
Reconciliation
Reference / Static Data
SWIFT messaging and securities-related messages
Market infrastructure and settlement processes
Regulatory and compliance requirements related to securities processing

Requirements
5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant in Capital Markets / Securities IT.




Strong combination of Securities domain knowledge and IT functional analysis.
Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into transparent functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Positive communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
Experience working in complex banking / financial-services environments is preferred.
