We are looking for a high-ownership professional to join the Founder’s Office as an AI-Native GTM Strategy & Revenue Growth Lead.
This is a strategic, founder-facing role for someone who can work directly with the leadership team to build our AI-first growth engine from the ground up. The ideal candidate should combine business strategy, sales understanding, marketing execution, and hands-on comfort with up-to-date GTM and AI tools.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It is a role for someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on, and use AI, automation, and sales/marketing tools to build scalable GTM workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesFounder’s Office & Strategic Initiatives
Work directly with the founders on high-priority growth, GTM, revenue, and market expansion initiatives.
Convert ambiguous business problems into structured strategies, experiments, and execution plans.
Support strategic decision-making across positioning, ICP, pricing, partnerships, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
Build executive-level reports, dashboards, business cases,



and growth recommendations.
Own cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, product, operations, and customer success.

GTM Strategy & Market Expansion
Define and refine ICPs, buyer personas, customer segments, and priority markets.
Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, competitive gaps, and growth levers.
Build GTM plans for current offerings, campaigns, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Work with the founders to sharpen positioning, messaging, pricing inputs, and sales narratives.
Translate business goals into clear GTM priorities and execution plans.

AI-First Growth Workflows
Build and manage GTM workflows using contemporary sales, marketing, enrichment, CRM, and automation tools.
Use tools such as Clay, Apollo, Wiza, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Perplexity, n8n, Zapier, and other AI/GTM platforms.
