About the Role:
RSA America is seeking a .NET Developer to architect, lead, and build scalable and high-performing applications that drive digital growth in the retail CPG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design, development, and deployment of .NET applications.
Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
Architect solutions using .NET Core, React, Web APIs, and cloud-native designs.
Analyze performance and drive optimization efforts.
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure code.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
4–6 years of qualified experience with the .NET stack.
Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, React, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with microservices and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred).
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
