Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Research and identify potential clients across our three key verticals: Talent, Clients, and Capital




Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations
Build and maintain a robust database of qualified leads and prospects for ongoing engagement
Utilize multiple channels including LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking events to generate leads

Email Campaign Management
Design and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest
Develop personalized messaging that effectively communicates Growqai’s value proposition across different verticals
Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
A/B test different email approaches to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

Appointment Setting & Scheduling
Conduct strategic outbound calling to qualified prospects to schedule meetings with senior leadership
Manage appointment calendars efficiently to ensure optimal
