Role Summary:
nAs a Senior Associate on our GTM Planning team, you will be a hands-on contributor across planning, analytics, process, and technology work that keeps our Go-To-Market organization running and improving. Working within our global team, you’ll take on a broad and evolving mix of workstreams, bringing a naturally curious, detail-oriented mindset to everything you touch. nResponsibilities:
n
n
Maintaining and safeguarding core GTM planning datasets, including org chart, headcount, and program trackers, by applying established business rules with judgmentn
Independently structuring and running quantitative analysis against open-ended business questions, such as solutions-to-revenue relationships, deal activity trends, or geographic and industry segmentationn
Designing and continuously refining recurring trackers, dashboards,



and workflows based on stakeholder feedbackn
Compiling, reconciling, and comparing datasets to identify what changed and why, while proactively flagging inconsistencies, timing issues, or gaps before they surface downstreamn
Identifying repetitive or manual work and building or configuring AI-enabled tools and automations to reduce itn
Producing polished, executive-ready materials, including recurring business reviews, leadership digests, and planning documentationn
Documenting processes and decisions so that work is repeatable and transferablen
Serving as a liaison across teams to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharingn
Other duties as assignedn

nSkills/Qualifications/Education:
n
n
3 to 6 years in business operations, program management, analytics, or a similar operationally-focused rolen
Prior exposure to GTM, sales, or qualified services is a solid nice-t
