Position:
Sales Manager – Ethyl Acetate (International Sales)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: ₹10–15 LPA

Reporting To: Director

Job
Purpose

We are
looking for a energetic and commercially driven Sales Manager – Ethyl Acetate
(International Sales) to develop export business, identify international
customers, and expand the company's presence in global markets.

Key
Responsibilities
Develop and execute international
sales strategies for Ethyl Acetate.
Identify and develop overseas
customers, distributors, traders, and industrial buyers.
Generate export leads through market
research, industry networks, trade platforms, and international contacts.
Develop recent markets and expand the
company's international customer base.
Handle commercial negotiations,
quotations, contracts, payment terms, and order finalisation.
Monitor international Ethyl
Acetate prices, demand, competition, and market trends.
Coordinate with production,
logistics, finance, and documentation teams for timely execution of export
orders.




Handle export documentation and
coordinate with relevant internal/external agencies for shipment
execution.
Monitor international freight,
shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and customer requirements.
Follow up on payments and ensure
timely collection from overseas customers.
Maintain robust relationships with
international clients and ensure repeat business.
Prepare sales forecasts, market
reports, customer MIS, and business plans for management.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and
annual export sales targets.
Travel internationally/domestically
for customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and business development
when required.
Perform other responsibilities
related to international business development as assigned by the Director.

Candidate
Profile
Graduate/MBA in International
Business, Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in
international/export sales, pre
