nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a Tele-Sales Executive who can be the first voice a potential customer hears from E Building. You'll be reaching out to society committees and residents, explaining our platform, and scheduling product demos for the sales team. If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, can explain things clearly and patiently, and thrives on targets — this role is for you.
nThis is a full-time, in office role based out of our Ahmedabad office. Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to work from Ahmedabad.
nWhat You'll Do

- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers — society committee members, RWA presidents, and property managersn
- Understand the customer's current challenges with society management and position E Building as the solutionn




- Explain E Building's products clearly, calmly, and confidently — society management, home services, and staffingn
- Schedule qualified product demos for the sales teamn
- Conduct online demos independently when requiredn
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-up schedules, and lead status in the CRMn
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and demo booking goalsn
- Share customer feedback and common objections with the team to help improve our pitchn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Based in Ahmedabad or willing to work from Ahmedabad immediatelyn
- Excellent verbal communication skills — clear, confident, and professional over the phonen
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati — all three are important for this rolen
- Patient and calm demeanour — able to explain a product to someone who may not be tech-savvyn
- Willingness to learn the product inside out and stay updated as fe
