About the Role

· Strategic Clients – India's top 20 business houses and conglomerates, including groups such as Reliance,
Tata, Aditya Birla, Bharti, JSW, Mahindra and Vedanta.
· Recent Economy – high-growth, technology-led enterprises, including unicorns and emerging market
leaders.
· Financial Sponsors – leading Private Equity and Venture Capital firms shaping capital allocation and
corporate growth.
· Capital Markets – broker dealers, exchanges, mutual funds, insurance companies and other market
intermediaries that form the backbone of India's financial ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role for individuals who enjoy solving complex business problems, identifying growth
opportunities and driving execution. It provides a unique vantage point into how India's largest conglomerates,
fastest-growing companies, leading investors and capital market institutions engage with one of the country's
leading private sector banks.



Working closely with the Business Head, the successful candidate will help identify
opportunity pools, assess Axis Bank's market penetration, formulate growth strategies, drive execution discipline
and mobilise the broader Axis franchise to deepen relationships and increase market share.
