nWhat You'll Be Responsible For
nCentre & Operations Management

Own the day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the centre.n
Ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient centre workplace.n
Manage administration, utilities, supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational requirements.n

nPeople & Team Leadership

Lead teachers and non-teaching staff,



including scheduling, attendance, leaves, and performance.n
Build a team-oriented, accountable, and positive team culture.n
Resolve team concerns and ensure smooth coordination across functions.n

nLearner & Parent Experience
n

Build strong relationships with learners and parents.n
Address concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.n
Create a consistently excellent learner experience throughout the journey.n

nSales & Revenue

Own centre-level sales and revenue targets.n
Handle walk-ins, understand customer needs, present offerings, and convert enquiries into enrollments.n
Coach and support the Academic Counsellor to improve conversions.n
Drive learner renewals and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.n
