THE OPPORTUNITY

Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance is inviting experienced professionals to explore an entrepreneurial leadership opportunity that involves Team building and acquisition and business development as an Internal Agency Partner (IAP).

The role encompasses customer relationship management and leadership, supported by the infrastructure, technology, processes and institutional strength of an established financial services organisation.

The opportunity is particularly relevant for professionals exploring a second innings, parallel income opportunity,



entrepreneurship or a more flexible professional model.

To clarify: This is not an insurance policy selling role. The opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who can acquire talent, build teams, mentor and manage large teams while creating long term value and impact.
