Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager with solid experience in International B2 B Sales, IT Services, Outsourcing Services, Business Consulting, or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting virtual meetings with prospects, negotiating commercial terms, and closing new business. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Linked In outreach, cold emailing, email marketing, lead generation, CRM tools, and sales closures.
Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify, research, and approach potential B2 B clients in international markets.
Generate qualified leads through Linked In, Sales Navigator, cold calling, cold emailing, databases, referrals, and other outbound channels.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
Create and execute targeted email marketing and cold-email campaigns.
Use Zoho Campaigns / Zoho CRM or similar platforms for campaign management, lead tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT, staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
Lead negotiations and manage the complete sales cycle through successful deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationship
