The ideal candidate will possess solid functional leadership capabilities, extensive SAP implementation and AMS experience, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation and global rollout programs.

Lead and facilitate requirement discovery workshops with business stakeholders.n
Drive global template design and process standardization initiatives.n
Conduct fit-gap analysis and define future-state business processes.n
Lead SAP SD solution architecture reviews and design governance activities.n
Oversee system configuration, testing, deployment, and release planning.n
Manage cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and stabilization activities.n




Lead ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.n
Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.n
Lead SAP SD application support and AMS engagements.n
Govern Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Managementn
Drive SLA and KPI compliance across support engagements.n
Manage critical business incidents and escalation handling.n
Conduct service review meetings and operational governance reviews.n
Drive continuous service improvement and process optimization initiatives.n
Ensure high-quality delivery and operational excellence.n
Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) solution design and implementation.n
Configure and optimize Sales Order Processing, Advanced Pricing, Rebate Management, Settlement Management, Credit Management, Returns Processing.n
