nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to lead development efforts on the ELERA POS (Point of Sale) Flutter application. This role requires deep expertise in Flutter/Dart development, architectural design skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions for a complex enterprise POS system.

nKey Responsibilities
nTechnical Leadership

Design and develop scalable Flutter solutions for complex POS featuresn
Lead technical discussions with external stakeholders and local team.n
Review and approve code from team members, ensuring quality and consistencyn
Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecksn
Participate in planning and estimations.n
Provide technical guidance on complex problem-solvingn

Develop complex features and critical system componentsn
Integrate with backend APIs and real-time communication systems (MQTT)n
Optimize application performance for desktop and mobile platformsn
