Key Responsibilities
Launching Bootcamps
Design, plan and execute engaging bootcamp programs for GRE, IELTS, and TOEFL preparation
Coordinate with subject matter experts and mentors to deliver high-quality learning experiences
Track bootcamp performance metrics and optimize for student success and satisfaction
Building Community
Build and manage a thriving community of university students interested in studying abroad
Engage with students across platforms (online & offline) to provide guidance, answer queries, and foster meaningful discussions
Organize community events, webinars, and networking opportunities
Leading Campus Outreach Program
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target colleges and universities
Organize and lead on-campus events, workshops, and information sessions
Develop campus ambassador program to extend our reach
Experimenting & learning
Identifying and experimenting with recent and innovate growth levers
Drawing insights from the user behaviour and trends
Understanding user journeys and optimising for scale and UX
