nWe're looking for a confident and driven Junior Business Development Executive to join FirstDraft Studio.
nYou'll handle both inbound leads and outbound outreach, from taking discovery calls and understanding client requirements to prospecting potential brands and following up until closure.
nWhat you'll be doing:

Handle inbound enquiries and sales callsn
Understand client requirements, budgets and timelinesn
Pitch the right FDS services and work towards closing leadsn
Research and identify potential clients and brandsn
Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channelsn
Follow up consistently with warm and cold prospectsn
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline/CRMn
Coordinate with the team for proposals, quotations and meetingsn




Build a solid understanding of our services across Branding, Websites, Social Media, AI Content and Creative Productionn

nWho we're looking for:
n
n
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Servicingn
Excellent spoken and written Englishn
Confident speaking with founders and decision-makersn
Solid communication, persuasion and negotiation skillsn
Comfortable with cold outreach and sales callsn
Organised and consistent with follow-upsn
Target-driven and comfortable taking ownership of conversionsn
Curious enough to understand a business before pitching to itn

nExperience in a creative, branding, marketing, advertising or web-design agency is a bonus.
