nGinfra is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth across construction & real estate, infrastructure & development, engineering & projects, and government/defense infrastructure - including military/defense projects.
nLocation: Hyderabad / Delhi
nWork Days: 5 days/week
nCTC: Adaptable / Negotiable, based on experience
nExperience: 3 - 15 years

nTHE ROLE
nWe're looking for someone who can open doors with government bodies, PSUs, EPC contractors, and defense agencies, and turn relationships into a strong, sustainable order book.



You'll own the full business development cycle — from market mapping to tender wins to long-term account growth — across infrastructure and defense-linked projects.
nWHAT YOU'LL DO

Identify, pursue, and close recent business opportunities across construction, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, and government/defense sectorsn
Build and manage relationships with key government departments, PSUs, EPC contractors, consultants, and defense agenciesn
Lead end-to-end tender and bid management - chance identification, pre-qualification, proposal development, and submissionn
Track and respond to RFPs/RFQs and government e-procurement/tender portals (e.g. GeM, CPPP)n
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, working closely with engineering, estimation, and project delivery teamsn
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot emerging opportunities and inform growth strategyn
Represent Ginfra at industry event
