nPosition Summary
nBridgestone is seeking a Senior UX Designer & Researcher to help define and improve customer, agent, and operational experiences across digital products, AI-powered solutions, customer service platforms, and enterprise applications.
nThis role is primarily focused on UX design while also leading research activities that ensure product decisions are grounded in customer needs and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual and interaction design skills with the ability to conduct meaningful research and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
nKey Responsibilities
nUX Design (60%)

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designsn
Design experiences for web, mobile, AI, contact center, and internal enterprise applicationsn
Collaborate closely with Product Managers,



Product Owners and Engineers throughout the product lifecyclen
Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standardsn
Facilitate design reviews and stakeholder workshopsn
Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied consistentlyn

nUX Research (40%)

Plan and conduct usability testing, customer interviews, surveys, and discovery researchn
Analyze customer behavior (Hotjar), user feedback, and product analyticsn
Identify unmet customer needs and prospects for innovationn
Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendationsn
Partner with Product Management to validate concepts and prioritize investmentsn
Define and track UX success metricsn
