Client Engagement Managementn
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.n
Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and ensure that SOC services align with their needs. Team Leadership and Managementn
Lead and manage a team of SOC analysts, engineers,



and specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.n
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to foster qualified growth and development. Service Delivery Oversightn
Oversee the delivery of SOC services, including monitoring, detection, analysis, and response to security incidents.n
Ensure that SOC operations adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet client expectations for performance and quality. Incident Response and Threat Managementn
Lead and coordinate incident response activities for client engagements, including triage, investigation, and remediation.n
Manage the handling of security incidents according to established procedures and protocols. Security Tool Management and Optimizationn
Manage and optimize security tools and technologies used within the SOC workplace, ensuring they meet the needs of client engagements.n
